Last week, Eric and Toby installed a pressure tank, iron filter, water softener, and RO system in a foreclosed home we just purchased. I want to provide you with some feedback regarding the great service we received. It started with the estimate. When Eric came to provide us with an estimate, I noticed a difference between him and personnel from other companies. He was sincerely listening t o· the information we had already gathered, including looking at the water test results we had from a lab, and he answered my questions. At the same time, I could tell he was thinking about how he was going to complete the job, and he shared his thoughts with me as to how he would install the products we were discussing, and described how he would address my request for plumbing to be routed differently so as to provide more room in the small space we had. He was very professional and easy to talk to. It seemed to me that he cared, and we were not just another job to get done before going to the next one. It was because of him that we selected B&D.

I have used B & D exclusively as my plumbing and heating contractor since the day Bill Daleiden opened his doors in the early 1980s. Since that time, I have built roughly 300 houses and done numerous remodeling jobs. We constructed a 25,000 square foot Class A Office Building in Brooklyn Park, MN. Mr. Daleiden,
I am writing this letter to you today to tell you how fantastic my experience was yesterday with Eric. He came to our home and fixed a relatively simple leak, but that really had nothing to do with the impression he left.
He is as professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable as it gets. It was about the best customer service experience that I have had in the past several years and the combination of having someone actually know what they are doing and be good with customers these days is unusual to say the least.
I have had services done at my home in the past for electrical, heating, plumbing, etc, and while I generally am happy with the outcome, there is always something that could have been done better or differently and if I had to call on those services again, I would not necessarily call the same people back.
I imagine that the best thing that can happen for your business is to add clients that will undoubtedly refer you to everyone that they know. Count me on that list. There is no chance that anyone does it better and that is how I will refer you going forward.
