We prioritize our Preventative Service customers and waive the diagnostic/trip charge for all preventative service work. The agreement allows for discounts on service labor and material. Our on-time and professionally trained service technicians will help your equipment run more efficiently and economically. By maintaining your plumbing and heating equipment, the life and reliability of your equipment should increase, while repair and replacement work should decrease. B & D Plumbing, Heating & A/C can provide a fair and conscientious plan that allows us to properly service your equipment, systems and related controls.
We will schedule your preventative service during regular business hours. B & D Plumbing, Heating & A/C will notify you and schedule a service technician according to your Preventative Service Agreement.
Historically, when companies sign up for our Commercial Preventative Service, they have fewer emergency breakdowns and have saved money by properly maintaining their equipment. Preventative service will catch many problems before they affect the equipment operation. Please note, however, that a Preventative Service Agreement isn’t a guarantee that the equipment covered will not fail.
